Yes. We work with many landlords & property developers and regularly clear rooms, garages & even full houses. We provide both full and partial house clearances, from individual rooms through to complete properties including furniture, appliances and general household waste.

Most of the time we can complete a full property (typical 3 bedroom house) same-day provided access is straight forward. It does, however, depend on the size of the clearance and our availability. We can accomodate short-notice and sometimes same-day jobs where availability allows. Send us the details and we’ll let you know the earliest option.

We cannot remove asbestos, liquid waste or certain hazardous substances. If you’re unsure about a particular item or material, send us a photo or description and we’ll let you know whether we’re able to collect it.

Waste we collect is taken to an authorised waste facility, where it can be processed and disposed of responsibly. As a registered waste carrier, we ensure the waste we collect is handled through the appropriate licensed facilities.

No. You don’t necessarily need to be at the property as long as we have access to the waste and clear instructions about what needs removing. This is particularly useful for landlords, property managers and customers who can’t be there on the day.
